By opening a Nord account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nord services for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Fees and charges
Nord does not charge monthly maintenance fees. Certain transactions may incur fees, which will be clearly disclosed before confirmation. International transfers and currency conversion are subject to competitive exchange rates.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nord's liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
